Client Bill of Rights
As the client or parent of a client you have the following rights:
1. You have the right to considerate and respectful care.
2. Following an evaluation, the results will be discussed with you. A copy of the written report is available upon request.
3. After the evaluation, you will be involved in the development of treatment goals, and a written plan will be developed.
4. You have the right to obtain complete, current information regarding progress made in therapy.
5. All communications and records pertaining to your care will be treated as confidential.
6. You have the right to expect reasonable continuity of care. You will know in advance if any referrals or appointments are made by our staff.
