Lucille Baker is Easter Seals of Louisville’s 2012 Volunteer of the Year
Lucille Baker has been one of Louisville’s most active volunteers. She constantly gives to this community and especially to Easter Seals of Louisville.
She was an ambassador for the City of Louisville for several years. She met the boats that docked at the Bell of Louisville’s wharf and officially welcomed visitors to our city. She has volunteered at nursing homes and delivered meals to shut-ins. During Mayor Abramson’s term of office, she helped at all the Mayor’s Community Meetings. She is an active member of her church and serves on several committees.

Thank you Scottish Rite!
The partnership between the Louisville Scottish Rite Foundation and Easter Seals has been a long and gratifying one. Together, we have been able to help the children in our community become better communicators for the past 20 years.
This therapy has transformed the lives of thousands of children due to the support of Scottish Rite. We are very grateful and appreciative of this support and hope to continue this relationship for many years to come.
WHAS Crusade for Children Grant
